Individual Development Accounts, or IDA’s are an innovative matched savings program to help hard working Oregonians gain greater financial security. Donor contributions make this program possible.The Oregon IDA Tax Credit begins when you make a contribution to the Neighborhood Partnership Fund, an Oregon 501(c)(3) charitable organization. 75% of your contribution returns to you as a tax credit on your State of Oregon income tax return, while your entire contribution goes to work to build financial security for low-Income Oregonians who are working to build better lives.
